After several years in New York, doing work in the finance industry, a relocation to London with her husband in 2004 presented the perfect opportunity for Meghan to pursue a new but familiar path, one which focused on helping others to discover their own passion for a healthy and fit lifestyle. She explored teaching in a number of disciplines – advanced aerobics, spinning, aqua and swiss ball classes – before studying the Pilates method and adopting it’s teachings whole-heartedly. Meghan considers her approach to Pilates to be classical, although her experiences teaching other disciplines provides a “holistic” perspective which helps her to optimize the benefits of regular Pilates work with her clients’ other activities. Her experience has taught her that both alone and in combination with other regular mental and physical exercise, Pilates is an instrumental and uniquely valuable addition to a fit, healthy, and happy lifestyle!
