Michelle’s passion for mental and physical wellbeing has been a driving force in her life for many years. She has been teaching yoga and group fitness classes since 2013. She believes that we can’t take ourselves too seriously and if we aren’t having fun exercising, we shouldn’t be doing it. She strives to create classes that are engaging, dynamic, safe and enjoyable. Outside the club you will find Michelle hiking, mountain biking, skiing or just spending time with her sons and husband.
