Stephanie grew up in Kentucky riding horses. Her love for teaching started with Iyengar Yoga in college at Vanderbilt. She then discovered Pure Barre and has been hooked on Barre ever since. She uses carefully curated playlists so that participants can get lost in the music and flow through a fun yet challenging traditional Barre workout. Stephanie teaches fresh, invigorating, and dynamic classes that incorporate her yoga background to ensure proper alignment and effectively strengthen all muscles. When not teaching Barre, you can find her on the tennis and pickleball courts, playing golf or skiing!
