Tyra Puteri is a comprehensively certified balanced body Pilates instructor, pregnancy and post-partum exercise specialist, functional movement specialist, barre instructor and ASCM certified personal trainer. She began practicing Pilates while personal training at a gym and fell in love. Tyra discovered that mindful movement and core strengthening changed her body and the way she carried herself in everyday life. She is a passionate and energetic teacher who strives to bring out the best confidence in movement for each of her clients. Sessions with Tyra are challenging, fun, and educational. She attributes her overall health, strength, flexibility and fitness results to Pilates, strength training and functional movement. She takes great pleasure in guiding others to enrich their lives through movement and exceed their fitness goals.
