Pilates Instructor
Club Greenwood is looking for a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. Our studio boasts two separate classrooms; one for private instruction and one for group equipment classes. At Club Greenwood, you have the opportunity to work side by side with other seasoned instructors who motivate and support our members and guests in making Pilates a lifestyle. We are looking for someone who wants to work 10+ hours/week.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop safe, professional and comprehensive Pilates training programs to ensure clients are satisfied with their workout program and remain motivated to attain their personal fitness goals.
- Develop and maintain a Pilates client base; promote and sell Pilates training programs and classes to our members and guests.
- Achieve monthly revenue and session goals.
Instruction includes mat classes, and private and group Pilates equipment-based classes.

Greenwood Tiger Sharks Assistant Coach
Greenwood Tiger Sharks (GTS) seeks an energetic and dedicated Assistant Coach to support our competitive swim team and its vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming, a passion for coaching, and the ability to foster a positive and development-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coach assigned training groups under the direction of the Head Coach.
- Promote a positive, fun, and safe atmosphere aligned with team values.
- Develop and implement training plans emphasizing proper technique and skill development.
- Assist with goal setting and progress tracking for individual athletes.
- Attend all assigned practices, meets, and team events.
- Provide feedback to swimmers on performance and technique.
- Assist with swimmer assessments, group placements, and team tryouts.
- Communicate effectively with swimmers, parents, and staff via email and in-person interactions.
- Assist with administrative duties such as meet entries, team apparel ordering, and promotional materials.
- Ensure compliance with USA Swimming Code of Conduct, Safe Sport policies, and team guidelines.
- Collaborate with the coaching staff on training strategies, dryland programs, and seasonal planning.
- Maintain an encouraging environment that fosters team spirit and athlete growth.
Qualifications:
- Prior coaching experience and a strong understanding of competitive swimming.
- USA Swimming Coach credentials in good standing, including:
- CPR, First Aid, and Coaches Safety Training.
- Safe Sport certification.
- Background check clearance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to positively motivate and instruct young athletes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Team Unify preferred.
- High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
