Boxing workouts combine strength, coordination, core work and cardio conditioning to get you in the shape of your life! Work with Taylor Goff, expert boxing coach, to learn basic punches and techniques, mitt work, footwork and shadowboxing while emphasizing offense and defense skills. In addition to learning the basics, you will have the opportunity to learn how to properly use the speed bag and heavy bag. All levels are welcome! No experience is necessary.
Taylor is available for private, semi-private and group sessions for children and adults.
Private sessions are $85.
Taylor teaches HIT FIT a complimentary cardio boxing class, Mondays from 9:00-10:00am.
