Boxing Training at Club Greenwood

Boxing workouts combine strength, coordination, core work and cardio conditioning to get you in the shape of your life! Work with our boxing coaches to learn basic punches and techniques, mitt work, footwork and shadowboxing while emphasizing offense and defense skills.  In addition to learning the basics, you will be able to use the speed and heavy bags properly. All levels are welcome! No experience is necessary.
