Club Greenwood Boot Camps have set the standard for outdoor group workouts over the last two decades; long before the come-and-go, pop-up bootcamps that are run at your local outdoor parks.  We have a state-of-the-art facility, with acres of grassy space and built-in obstacles and training tools.  Our top-notch instructors work together seamlessly; delivering an experience that is unmatched by other programs, which why people return year after year!  We group participants together with other similarly-skilled participants to push through military circuits, strength training, feats of power, speed and agility exercises, tire drills and obstacle courses.

Our Boot Camp programs foster camaraderie by driving all participants to achieve more than they ever thought possible; to succeed in accomplishing their goals, whatever their fitness level. Start your day with one of our Boot Camps offered in the beautiful outdoors. Members and non-members welcome!

Boot Camps take place in beautiful Westlands Park in Greenwood Village behind Club Greenwood. Participants have access to the club for coffee and locker rooms to get ready for work. If you work in the Denver Tech Center, Club Greenwood Boot Camps are for you!

If you’re looking for a boot camp workout class in the Lone Tree, Centennial, Denver, Castle Rock, Cherry Hills, Englewood, and Greenwood Village areas, look no further than Club Greenwood. Get ready to get moving with Club Greenwood’s Boot Camp!


Our boot camp workouts take place outside and utilize very little traditional fitness equipment. While mats and some resistance props are present, most of the workouts incorporate your own body weight and our “natural studio” to encourage muscle confusion and cardiovascular endurance.
Absolutely! Boot camp is a fantastic way to kick-start a fitness journey. With the guidance of our seasoned trainers, and the camaraderie of the group setting, anyone can see vast improvements through this program.
Aside from the personal discipline it takes to work out early in the morning, our members report impressive gains in agility and endurance after completing a bootcamp session. Participation in this program is a great way to get familiar with ways in which you can exercise on your own with few, if any, props.
We recommend a three day a week commitment to push through plateaus and feel results
Boot camp is a strength and cardio conditioning program. Depending on your individual goals and effort, boot camp can be highly effective in shedding excess weight.
