Rainbow in a Cup

You will need:
2 cups of hot water
Measuring cups and measuring spoons
Jar or drinking cups
20 tablespoon ( 1 1/4 cups ) white sugar
Tall thin glasses or test tub
Straw or a spoon

HOW TO MAKE SLIME!

Gather these simple ingredients and get ready for a fun mess that keeps the kids entertained for hours!
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of white school glue
5 drops of food coloring
1/4 cup of liquid starch
Get a big bowl and pour the water into it, then add 1/2 cup of white school glue, then pick what color slime you would like and add 5 drops of food coloring, finally add 1/4 cup of liquid starch and mix everything together until it starts to condense and form into slime. Have fun and enjoy the mess!
MAKE A MINI PIÑATA

Make a mini piñata with Eloisa. Hide a fun surprise inside and have fun!
Materials: Toilet paper roll, glue, scissors, yarn, candy, streamers or another form of decorations
Miss Rachael’s Kids Ballet!
In this 12 minute class, kids will stretch, and work on basic ballet basics such as first position, plie, passes, echappe, and releve. Kids will also gallop, work on rhythm, jump, skip, march and hop! No special shoes are required. Have fun!
Family-Friendly Workout with Tracy Fellows
Here is a family-friendly workout for all ages and abilities. All exercises are bodyweight so all you need is space and a matt or towel to lay on if outside. This workout will last 10-25 min depending on how many sets you do. I recommend 3 sets. Younger kids can do 1-2 sets as a brain break.
Here are the exercises
10 reverse lunges each leg
10 Jump lunges/split squats
10 total plank crunches alternate sides
10 total plank crunches
10 single leg bridges each side
10 flutter kicks R/L equals one rep
20 rear deltoid raises.

Towel Ball with Miles and Parker
You get two “buckets”, boxes can be used, and you and another player stand on opposite sides of the room. The object of the game is to get more towels into these buckets and see who ends up with more points. Have fun!

Kids Workout with Personal Trainer Mike Huntoon
Kid’s work out for ages 12 and under. Minimal equipment and outside fun!
MAKE CAKE IN A MUG WITH ANAROSE
Two tablespoons of melted butter
¼ cup of flour
One large egg
Two tablespoons of sugar
One tablespoon of milk
One teaspoon of vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon of baking powder
Put all ingredients into a mug, mix them together until there is a thick consistency, put mug into microwave for a minute and 15 seconds, ENJOY! ????
