FAQ

What is the Fitness Challenge?
The Fitness Challenge will inspire you to be consistent with your exercise routine and give you a baseline on your existing body composition.  You will have a trainer coach during the 6-week challenge and will have the possibility of winning one of three categories: 1. Fat Loss  2. Muscle Gain 3. Participation Points

How do I win one of the three categories?
The Fat Loss and Muscle Gain will be measured through your InBody Composition Scan and the participation points will be measured through front desk check-ins.  We will have a male winner and a female winner for all three categories.

What types of prizes are there?
Winners can choose a gift card for $200 to either Club Greenwood, Ethereal Day Spa or Shanahan’s Steak House.

How do I sign up for the InBody scan?
After you register, schedule your pre and post InBody scan at the Service Desk.  You will receive a confirmation to the email we have on file.  Please double check that the appointment is correct and in your planner.  For best results, perform the tests in the morning before exercising and do not eat or drink two hours prior to the test.

How will you communicate with me?
You will have a trainer coach communicating with you each week to help answer any questions along with exercise tips, nutrition information and motivational tools.

Where do I pick up my shirt?
We will notify you when shirts are available to be picked up.
