The MYZONE Fitness Tracker will motivate you, encourage consistency and help you achieve your goals. By using the MYZONE activity tracker (mandatory), you will earn MYZONE exercise points (MEPs). Earning 875 MEPs per week (in the green, yellow, or red zones) will give you an entry into our weekly drawings for great prizes! You can earn points doing almost any activity, except swimming.

What's Included in the Fitness Challenge?


What is the Fitness Challenge?
The Fitness Challenge will inspire you to be consistent with your exercise routine, give you a baseline on your existing body composition and help monitor the intensity of your exercise using MYZONE activity tracker. You will receive an initial InBody Body Composition analysis and we will help you set up the MZYONE app on your phone.

What type of prizes are there?
Participants who receive 875 or more weekly MEP’s will be entered into a drawing for prizes including Trigger Point Tools, Personal Training Sessions, Complimentary Months of Dues, and more!

What do you mean by green zone and above?
Activity in grey and blue does not count as these colors are reached at levels of exercise that are accumulated too easily at low heart rates.

How do I sign up for the InBody scan?
After you register, schedule your pre and post InBody scan at the Service Desk. You will receive a confirmation to the email  we have on file. Please double check that the appointment is correct and in your planner. For best results, perform the tests in the morning before exercising and do not eat or drink two hours prior to the test.

How will you communicate with me?
We will be sending out a weekly email with exercise tips, nutrition information and motivational tools. You will also receive communication about challenges from MYZONE and daily workout results.

Where do I pick up my shirt?
You may pick your shirt up when you get your pre InBody Body Composition Analysis.

MYZONE Explained

Myzone Effort Points (MEPs)

Throughout your workout, your tile will switch colors. The color of your tile represents the zone you are currently working in, according to your effort level. Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) are awarded for every minute spent exercising in a particular zone. High zones indicate more effort, which means more MEPs!
