Kids’ Swim Conditioning

Swim Conditioning 2020

Designed for children in middle school and high school (ages 10-18) to gain strength and conditioning through swimming.

Sign up for one session or all! This group doesn’t compete but combines swim-team type training with stroke development in a structured atmosphere that includes a balance of fun and challenge for each swimmer. This class is designed as good preparation for summer leagues or high school swimming, and a good way to make swimming part of an active lifestyle. Minimum of six, and a maximum of 30 participants allowed in the program.

March 3-May 14 2020

10 weeks:
$300 Members | $400 Guests

*January 23 class will be held January 22 for a staff meeting. No classes March 17 and 19 for CC Spring Break
