Kids’ Swim Conditioning

Swim Conditioning 2020

Ages 10-18

Designed for children in middle school and high school (ages 10-18) to gain strength and conditioning through swimming.

This group doesn’t compete but combines swim-team type training with stroke development in a structured atmosphere that includes a balance of fun and challenge for each swimmer. This class is designed as good preparation for summer leagues or high school swimming, and a good way to make swimming part of an active lifestyle. Minimum of six, and a maximum of 18 participants allowed in the program.

Masks will be worn on deck until the swimmer enters the water. Social distancing on deck and in the
water while one swimmer starts at either side of the pool and other swimmers start at the flags.
Temperatures will be taken at the Welcome Desk allowing entrance to the indoor pool.
