Pilates for Men is where strength meets control.  This is a 4-week introductory program to begin your Pilates journey. Build a rock-solid core, improve flexibility, and fix the tight hips and back pain that lifting (and sitting) leave behind.

  • Increase strength without beating up your joints

  • Unlock mobility in hips, hamstrings, and shoulders

  • Improve performance in the gym, on the field, or on the mountain

First class? Expect to sweat, shake, and discover muscles you didn’t know you had.
