Jenny has worked in the fitness industry for the last 10 years and has a passion for helping people overcome obstacles and reach their goals. After two back surgeries due to Scoliosis, she has experience working with individuals with limitations. She feels there is always a way to exercise without pain. Jenny enjoys working in youth fitness, post rehabilitation and with individuals who feel intimidated in the gym. Her philosophy is “Progress is progress. We all have our own journey towards a healthier life, but need to be constantly working at moving forward.”
