Yoga Flow with Trigger Point Therapy

This workshop is designed to relieve tension in the body by combining traditional vinyasa flow with trigger point therapy work. Brooke will begin with 30 minutes of yoga and will end with 30 minutes of rolling out knots in those areas. Focusing on these trigger points can help prevent injury, reduce stress and increase range of motion. Price includes one pair of therapy balls.
