Lindsey’s wellness philosophy is grounded in embodiment; she approaches each student and client from a holistic perspective and empowers them to strengthen both their muscles and their mindsets.
Lindsey has a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Metropolitan State University and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tulsa. She has more than 3,000 combined hours of movement education spanning classical comprehensive Pilates, vinyasa yoga, Barre and HIIT. She specializes in therapeutic exercise, pre and post-natal movement and exercise for menopause.
In addition, Lindsey is a clinical dietitian at Advent Health Parker and co-owner of Heart Minded Medicine, a women’s health focused functional medicine practice in Denver.
When not teaching, training or helping her patients, you can find this nurturing Oklahoma native chasing her two sons or searching for the perfect glass of Rose champagne.
