Self-myofascial release can help you move more freely, sleep better and recover more quickly from life’s stressors!  Discover self-myofascial release and yoga therapy methods to ease tight muscles with techniques you can apply at home. This workshop will focus on relieving tension in the neck, shoulders, hips and legs. By engaging in self-myofascial release, you can experience relief from muscle stiffness and joint tension, correct muscle imbalances and enhance your joint range of motion. No prior yoga experience necessary.
