Katie moved to Denver with her family from Chicago in 2022 and was looking for a new studio/workout after doing Pilates since 2016. Lagree quickly became Katie’s new favorite workout which led her to take the leap to get certified and become an instructor. This led Katie to meet other fitness leaders/influencers in the community which connected her to Club Greenwood. Fitness has always been a part of Katie’s life, from being a NCAA cheerleader at the University of Iowa and University of Hawaii as well as a UCA Instructor coaching young athletes to boxing, Pilates, Lagree and now coaching Parisi. Katie is excited to join the Club Greenwood family and can’t wait to start coaching these amazing athletes!
