You’ll find Emma teaching a variety of classes around the club, from SculptXV to Rebound45, and everything in between. With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and experience as a Health Volunteer in the Peace Corps, Emma has long been dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more active lives. She has been teaching yoga and group fitness for nearly a decade, and her philosophy is that exercise should be fun! Emma strives to make her classes upbeat and accessible to everyone, no matter their age or ability, and she hopes to inspire her students to take the strength and confidence they gain in class into their everyday lives! Outside of the club, you’ll find Emma rock climbing, learning to skateboard, or hanging with her fur babies. She’s always chasing new ways to move, groove, and have fun!
