With over 35 years in the fitness and wellness industry, Kendra is passionate about helping people move with strength, balance and joy. Originally from the Finger Lakes of New York, Kendra landed in Colorado in 1998. She discovered Pilates and has woven its principles into everything she teaches. Equally passionate about learning, today she is engaged in a Master Certification in Neurotraining and applying the knowledge to her professional practice and personal life.
As Pilates Coordinator, she brings energy, curiosity and fun to every class. Kendra enjoys helping clients find their flow, build strength and learn from each experience. Outside the studio, you’ll find her traveling and doing anything outdoors with her husband, two dogs and whichever of their two college-aged kids is around.
