JUST GETTING STARTED?
Begin with a low step and follow our instructor as they coach you through the options. It will take 5-10 classes to really get your ‘step legs’. All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a water bottle and a towel for sweat. An exercise step will be provided.
