Ballet At The Barre

The focus will be on the exercises and etiquette of a traditional ballet class. We will begin at the barre. Center movement and travelling steps are added as the class progresses for balance and core strength. Stretching will be incorporated throughout the class with a proper warm up and cool down to help with recovery and greater flexibility. While ballet shoes are not required, they are recommended.
