Barre Basics with Sydney is perfect for anyone new to barre or looking to build confidence in our classes.

This 90-minute session breaks down foundational barre moves, proper form, and helpful modifications using props. Expect upper and lower body work, core strengthening, and feel-good stretches to leave you feeling strong and refreshed. No experience needed, just come ready to move!
