Bros & Brews

Barre has been popping up everywhere lately; even NFL players are talking about how much it’s helped their strength, balance, and mobility. You might be curious… but not quite ready to walk into a traditional barre class just yet. That’s where Bros at the Barre comes in.

This class is designed to be welcoming for guys and the barre-loving friends, partners, moms, and sisters they’re brought along by. It’s a full-body workout that builds strength, stability, and flexibility in a way that supports everything from lifting and running to everyday movement. No barre experience needed—just an open mind and a willingness to try something new.

The class will be co-led by Rachel and Soren, combining smart strength coaching with approachable barre technique in a supportive, low-pressure environment.

Stick around after class to enjoy a cold brew or other refreshing non-alcoholic beverages—plus great conversation, because trying something new is always better together.
