What is the Fitness Challenge?
The Fitness Challenge is a fun and rewarding way for all fitness levels to utilize team energy, experienced trainers and technology to kick off personal 2025 health and fitness goals. Personal Trainers will give you a baseline on current body composition and then inspire you to be consistent with your exercise routine. Throughout the 4-week challenge, you will have the opportunity to join into Small Group Personal Training classes specifically for challenge participants and earn the chance to win one of three categories: 1. Fat Loss 2. Muscle Gain 3. Overall Wellness Points

How do I win one of the three categories?
The Fat Loss and Muscle Gain will be measured through your InBody Composition Scan and the Overall Wellness points will be measured through front desk check-ins. We will have a male winner and a female winner for all three categories.

How do I sign up for the Inbody scan?
After you register, you will be contacted by a trainer to schedule your pre and post-challenge InBody scans.

What types of prizes are there?
Winners may choose a $200 gift card to either Club Greenwood, Ethereal Day Spa or Fitness Chef Pro.

How will you communicate with me?
You will receive email communication each week with the ability to ask questions and help you stay on track with exercise tips and motivational tools.
