Understanding how your body is designed opens you up to more freedom in movement. This unique six session series includes 30 hours of anatomy and physiology of the human body with application to movement in yoga poses. Ideal for yoga students who want to explore functional movement in their own body. Yoga teachers with a 200 hour certification will gain a better understanding of how to observe, teach and support their students to find more freedom through yoga poses.

Yoga Alliance will credit 30 CECs for registered teachers who complete this program.
Every session includes a 60-minute practice followed by an interactive lecture to enhance the learning experience.

Included in tuition for Yoga Teacher Training OR
Early bird $600 (register by November 19)
