Welcome to Your Body: Functional Anatomy from a Felt Perspective

Yoga Anatomy

Understanding how your body is designed to effectively move, opens you up to more freedom in movement. This 30-hour experiential course focuses on how the body is designed with a deeper understanding of functional movement. Learning anatomy from a felt sense deepens your relationship with your body and creates more efficiency and ease in movement.

This intensive program is designed for everyone who has an interest in learning more about how their body functions.

Each layer of learning offers more in depth information with exercises and practices to help process and retain. The course is purposefully spread over eight months to give participants time to fully incorporate a new level of understanding in their personal yoga practice.
