Golf Fit is designed to assess your current physical fitness as it relates to the game of golf. It provides an evaluation and training that directly impact your performance (think swing range of motion, clubhead speed, stance stability, and other physical aspects of the game). This is not to be confused with a golf lesson from a pro (software training); rather, it focuses on key fitness areas such as flexibility, stability, mobility, and strength (hardware training).
