Often called “moving meditation,” Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice known to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, and support heart and brain health. You’ll learn a short form of Tai Chi, including foundational breathwork, stances, steps, and weight shifting — all in a supportive, welcoming environment.
