 Experience it firsthand in this beginner-friendly workshop designed to help you move better, feel calmer, and reset your mind.

Often called “moving meditation,” Tai Chi is a gentle, flowing practice known to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, and support heart and brain health. You’ll learn a short form of  Tai Chi, including foundational breathwork, stances, steps, and weight shifting — all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Led by Master martial artist Marek Chromik, whose decades of global training bring depth and authenticity to every session.
