Parisi Training Lab – Junior

Designed for ages 6–12 to build a strong foundation of fitness in a fun, supportive and engaging environment. This program focuses on developing confidence through movement while introducing age-appropriate strength training and fundamental skills.

Participants enhance coordination, balance, agility and body awareness through structured activities, games and team-based challenges. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help children move more efficiently, build social connections and develop healthy habits that carry into sports and everyday life.
