Tai Chi Master, Thomas Jung, will introduce the fundamental principles of the ancient practice based on Yin and Yang concepts, applicable to one’s practice as well as daily living. Participants will also be introduced to the Yang style 24-form and learn the many benefits of practicing Tai Chi.
