This 90-minute workshop is intended to give you insight into the ancient art of Qigong: understanding and feeling our body’s energy, the influence of the five elements and the role of the light (Yin) and the darkness (Yang).
Qigong is energy work and aims to rebalance our body’s energy centers through invigorating or gentle movement, as well as stillness, visualization and awareness shifting. The benefits of Qigong reach beyond rebalancing the physical body, also working on a mental and emotional level.
