The Rookie Training Camp is a step up from the Coordination Camp, tailored for new athletes ready to refine their sports skills. This camp introduces more complex drills and exercises to improve speed, agility, and sport-specific techniques, bridging the gap between basic coordination and advanced athletic training.

• Basic agility drills
• Balance exercises
• Hand-eye coordination games
• Introductory bodyweight exercises
