Self-Defense Series

Ages 12+

Learn the basic principles of self-defense such as evading, blocking and escapes, as well as how to disarm an attacker if necessary. Being mindful of repercussions and emotions that may arise post attack will also be addressed. You can drop in to individual sessions or take all four!
