After spending four years in active duty for the military and being a Special Ops Medic, Rob returned to pursue a career in fitness. He has been at Club Greenwood since 1999 and has works in personal training, group fitness and is a lead boot camp instructor.

Tracy’s attention to detail and her enthusiastic personality, along with her genuine caring for her participants, makes her a uniquely motivating instructor. She has done extensive studies in sports medicine and rehab. “When you put your mind into what you are doing and watch your form, your results will be evident.” Tracy shares her busy life with her husband and four wonderful children.
