Club Greenwood is offering assisted stretching sessions from certified personal trainers! A stretch session is a great way to enhance your flexibility, reduce aches and pains, improve posture and relieve stress. The stretch instructor will help you gain a range of motion that can often alleviate your risk of injury by using a technique known as PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation).

Studies have shown that PNF stretching is superior to traditional static stretching in improving range of motion and is believed to help prevent myofascial knots. Experience the amazing difference that stretch sessions can make for you!

A stretch session can help your muscles work more efficiently to reduce aches and pains. When your body creates repeated paths of aches and pains, there is usually a dysfunction going on. A stretch session can unravel dysfunction so you focus on the cause rather than the symptom of pain. When this happens, you can drastically improve your health and wellness.
All stretch sessions are scheduled by appointment through your Personal Trainer or by contacting Director of Personal Training.
You should notice a difference in the first few sessions.
