Weightlifting 101
Weightlifting 101 for Youth is a fun, safe and foundational program designed to introduce young athletes or youth new to the gym, to proper strength training techniques. Over the course of four weeks, participants will learn the basics of weightlifting, focusing on form, technique and injury prevention. Train with peers in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. This program is the perfect way for young athletes to gain confidence in the gym, learn essential weightlifting skills and set the foundation for a lifetime of safe and effective strength training.
