Yoga Meditation Course | Building Blocks

Rooted in tradition. Elevated in mindfulness.

This transformative journey will establish or deepen your meditation practice! You will learn the building blocks and fundamentals of pranayama (breath practices) and discover how they enhance your meditation experience. We’ll delve into the principles of Ayurveda, the ancient holistic healing system from India and explore how to tailor your meditation practice using this timeless wisdom. Engaging lectures will provide insights into the origins of yoga and its vital role in enriching your meditation.

Each session will include gentle yoga poses to promote physical, energetic and mental clarity, setting the stage for a deeper meditation practice.

By the end of the course, you’ll leave with a solid pranayama and meditation practice, along with a supportive community to continue your journey. This experience will enhance your mindfulness, body awareness and patience, empowering you to navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
