Chalyce has been teaching Group Fitness classes since high school and has collected a number of certifications. She teaches BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyStep, CXWorx, HIIT, Cycling and Yoga just to highlight a few. She loves Group Fitness because of the community it creates. “We all get through the workout together.” Outside of teaching, Chalyce enjoys eating seafood, loving on big dogs, traveling the world with family and all things active outdoors.
