You’ll find Emma teaching a variety of classes around the club, from Barre to Rebound, and everything in between. Her philosophy is that exercise should be fun! Emma strives to make her classes accessible to everyone, no matter their age or ability. She hopes to inspire her students to take the strength and confidence they gain in class into their everyday lives!
Emma is E-RYT 200 certified Yoga Instructor and she also holds certifications in Yoga Sculpt and Barre.
