At the age of five, Holly began studying ballet and then danced professionally into her 20s, touring the U.S. and the world. Her inspiration to become a personal trainer came from helping her dad rehabilitate after multiple back surgeries. As a result, Holly has a heart for working with older people and those with physical limitations. She’s passionate about helping clients “live longer and stronger” by getting in tune with their bodies for better health! Holly also enjoys Pilates, yoga and cycling.
