In 2000, Julie discovered Pilates, finding that incorporating Pilates into her workout routine not only made her feel stronger, it helped her develop a better connection to her body. After a rewarding career in the corporate space, Julie realized that she wanted to share the benefits of Pilates with others and made a career. She earned her comprehensive certification from Body Arts and Science International (BASI). She has worked with post-rehab clients, triathletes and those seeking to find new strength and deepen their mind/body connection. Julie finds joy watching someone do an exercise that had challenged them or seeing that moment when Pilates clicks for them. Everyone can take the principals of Pilates and apply them to their everyday life.
