Lizzy began her fitness journey at the age of 15 when she jumped in and taught an aquatics class because the instructor did not show up. From that minute on, she knew she loved teaching others to actually enjoy exercise! Over the years, Lizzy has been certified to teach indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates, weightlifting and more. Her goal as a personal trainer and fitness instructor is to help each individual learn to love fitness. “The only person you should strive to be better than is the person you were yesterday!”
