Monica has had a love for dancing and fitness since her cheerleading days. She enjoys exercise as a physical way to connect with her body and a mental way to calm her mind. One of the things she likes about teaching Barre at Greenwood is instructing in a traditional style while weaving in her own personality. Her combination of strength and flexibility moves, upbeat music and verbal cues will ensure class is fun and safe for the best full-body workout. Whether she’s teaching or working out – you can find her regularly at the club. Outside of the gym she enjoys spending time with her husband, three young boys and playing tennis.
