Valerie discovered yoga as a young business professional when she moved to Denver, earning her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2015. Fitness is her passion and she believes movement is the key to longevity of health and mobility. Valerie strides to create fun and challenging classes for every level. She encourages her students to remember that each body is different and creates an environment where every person can feel challenged and successful. You will often hear her say one of her favorite sayings, “attitude of gratitude”, as she truly believes each day our body allows us to work out, is a gift. When she is not teaching, Valerie enjoys spending time with her two sons, hiking, paddleboarding and traveling.
