With years of experience working with youth athletes, collegiate athletes, and even professionals, our team has a deep understanding of sports science, injury prevention, and performance optimization.
Club Greenwood features state-of-the-art training studios, including spaces for strength, agility, and recovery, all geared towards youth athlete development.
We offer three main programs: Coordination Camp, Rookie Training Camp, and Athletes Bootcamp. Each is designed to improve coordination, strength, speed, and overall athletic performance for all levels of athlete.
The Coordination Camp is open to all beginners. Rookie Training Camp requires basic athletic skills, and Athletes Bootcamp is for athletes who have completed previous camps or demonstrated advanced abilities.
Yes, we offer private 1-on-1 training tailored to each athlete’s specific goals, whether it's improving strength, speed, or agility. We work with athletes at all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors, focusing on personal progression based on regular assessments. Sessions can be scheduled at your convenience, and we offer flexible packages
Progression in our programs is based on continuous evaluation of each athlete’s performance. Starting with foundational strength and coordination, athletes move through increasingly challenging phases that build agility, speed, and explosive power. Whether in group or private settings, our trainers ensure that each athlete progresses at their own pace to maximize performance safely.
Each program lasts 4 weeks with 2 sessions per week. Camps are progressively designed to build coordination, sport skills, and athletic performance. Private Training is designed specifically to each individual and can last 4 weeks to a full year.
Yes, we offer custom position-specific training for position groups and/or individual athletes who need targeted development. Whether you’re a quarterback working on throwing mechanics or a soccer player focusing on footwork and speed, our trainers design programs that enhance the skills necessary for your role.
We offer custom team training sessions designed to improve overall team performance. We work closely with coaches to address the team’s specific needs, focusing on areas like conditioning, sports nutrition, mobility and injury prevention. Team sessions can be held at our facility or at your team's location.
Yes, We offer Athletic performance classes and 1-1 training for adults. If you play in an adult league or just want to stay at the top of your game we can help you be competition ready.
Every program begins with a baseline assessment, which includes movement screening, strength tests, and performance evaluations. These assessments help us design measure progress over time. Assessments are conducted at the end of each program to ensure continuous improvement.
Though injuries cant always be prevented, our expert trainers prioritize safe training practices, proper form, and recovery to minimize injury risks.
