Personal Training / Weight Room / Martial Arts and Boxing Safety Protocol

Weight Room

  • Limited number of people allowed in weight room
  • A dedicated entrance and dedicated exit to/from the weight room has been set up; staff to monitor volume during all hours of operation
  • Weight room use is available by reservation only via the Club Greenwood App; one-hour sessions available
  • Personal training will continue outdoors
  • Limit number of trainers and clients indoors
  • Some equipment has been removed and stored to allow more open space and create bigger walkways
  • Duplicate equipment has been removed and stored; remaining equipment has been spread out
  • Removed all cardio equipment that was located in the weight room
  • Trainers will disinfect equipment when they are not with a client
  • Weight belts will not be available at this time

Personal Training

  • In-Home, Onsite, Online and Outside Personal Training is available
  • Limit Personal Training to 1-on-1 if indoors
  • Duos, trios and quads must train in a secondary space or outside
  • Trainer to wipe down equipment after use with client
  • No hands-on adjusting

SGPT / TRIBE Studio

  • Limit number of participants in SGPT classes and on Tribe Teams (nine participants and one Trainer/Coach)
  • 30 minutes scheduled between classes/sessions to allow for disinfecting equipment
  • May be used as secondary training space; trainers responsible for disinfecting equipment after use
  • 30 minutes scheduled between classes/sessions to allow for disinfecting equipment

Martial Arts and Boxing

  • All classes will be limited to eight participants in Phase One: BJJ, JKD/Kali/Wing Chun, Kickboxing/Boxing, Karate
  • Reservations will be required
  • 30 minutes scheduled between classes/sessions to allow for disinfecting
  • Socks are required in Phase One and Two; no bare feet allowed
  • Members must have their own boxing gloves and wraps
  • No contact training will be available in Phase One or Two
    • BJJ – TBD
    • JKD/Kali – weapon training, single kickboxing on bag
    • Wing Chun – dummy work, individual forms, bag work
    • Karate – TBD
    • Kickboxing/Boxing – bag work, shadow boxing, fitness activities
