Baby + Me Workout

Baby gets a workout for 30 minutes, then you get a workout for 30 minutes! Win. Win. The first half will focus on age-appropriate skills for baby and the second half, with baby present and used in the exercises at times, will focus on your total body strengthening, especially the core. Invite a friend and baby to join us!

For babies 3 months and older who are not yet walking.
