This 60 minute workshop will teach useful techniques to engage your deep core muscles to maximize your workouts. You will learn how to effectively breathe and train your core, with the goal of improving posture and balance, increasing strength and deepening your mind-body connection. Though not required, having a familiarity with barre class techniques and terminology will be helpful.
