Do you have trouble falling asleep or finding restful sleep each night? Learning the practice of Yoga Nidra, deep yogic sleep, can help. Experts say that 1 hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. Come prepared to experience the depths of relaxation and listen to the guidance within.
