Start the New Year with a clearly defined intention or sankalpa, a manifestation of your deepest goals and desires. Participants will discuss the qualities of an effective intention and how to align action more fully with intention.

Expect some gentle movement, breath work and a Yoga Nidra practice to rest into your own conscious awareness resulting in deeper alignment with your sankalpa. This workshop is the first in a series of four planned for 2022, allowing students to gain a greater understanding of how to create an at home Yoga Nidra practice.
