Thermal Yoga is a strength-based style of Hatha Yoga from northern India that consists of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. It is a series for all levels taught for 60, 75, or 90 minutes. The challenge of each pose is based on each individual’s personal abilities. The postures are done in the safe environment of a heated room (105 degrees Fahrenheit with roughly 55% humidity) in order to mitigate one’s body resistance without risk of injury.
