These high energy classes include bag work, shadow boxing and footwork drills. Students will also go through a variety of core, cardio and strength exercises. Each class is designed to teach a combination of western boxing and Muay Thai skills. You will gain strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance and confidence in a full body workout. As your boxing capabilities improve, you can move on to more advanced skilled boxing/kickboxing training.

John has studied several different systems over the years including Kali (Filipino Martial Arts), Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Western Boxing, Tae Kwon Do and Wrestling. While living in Los Angeles he had the opportunity to study with Guro Dan Inosanto and Guro Ron Balicki, who still provide inspiration and instruction today. He was also on the staff of Inside Kung Fu Magazine, producing their diverse instructional video catalog. Johns classes are high energy with the goal of motivating and challenging students of all levels. He guides his students to find their own love for the martial arts as they build strength, stamina, focus and confidence in their own abilities.
