Early Morning Kickboxing
These high energy classes include bag work, shadow boxing and footwork drills. Students will also go through a variety of core, cardio and strength exercises. Each class is designed to teach a combination of western boxing and Muay Thai skills. You will gain strength, hand-eye coordination, endurance and confidence in a full body workout. As your kickboxing capabilities improve, you can move on to more advanced skilled kickboxing training.
13+ years to participate. You can also schedule a private kickboxing session on your own time.
